HISTORY
The business was founded by the partners’ father, GEORGE BALAFOUTAS of PANAGIOTIS, in 1960, with the main initial activity being the trade of used agricultural machinery and spare parts.
Over time, the business grew and added to its activity the trade of used trucks, military vehicles, spare parts and scrap metal. In a natural continuation of the original business, the family business with its current name was founded in 2010. In 2021, the construction of the company’s new facilities in the Thermi industrial park outside the village of Nea Raidestos in Eastern Thessaloniki was completed. In the new and modern facilities, the company also received the appropriate certifications from EDOE and ISO 14001 for the purpose of recycling vehicles under 3.5 tons.
ACTIVITY
- Dismantling of trucks over 3.5 tons.
- Recycling and withdrawal of vehicles under 3.5 tons as a certified scrapyard.
- Trading and supply of: used trucks, spare parts (trucks and cars), tires, machinery, scrap metal.
